Payment:

• 30% of the total price of the program will be requested to guarantee reservation in our booking system.
• The 70% remaining must be paid 80 days before the beginning of the program, which is the deadline to make any modification
• Reservations made within 79 days of the start date must be paid in full (100%) in order to keep the booking. Once paid no cancellations or modifications can be made.
• All programs must be paid before the start date.

Cancellation, Modification and Reimbursement Policy:

• Cancellations made 90 days or more before the program begins, there will be full reimbursement.
• Between 89 and 80 days before the program begins, there will be a 20% cancellation fee.
• Between 79 and 55 days before the program begins, there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
• 54 days or less before the program begins, there will be no reimbursement.
• In case of no-show there will be no reimbursement
• The client is fully responsible for the attendance to the program. Sickness, personal
  accidents, family complications, missed flights, not being punctual, forgetting start
  date, etc. are not in any way considered reasons for reimbursement.
• Reservations are nominative and non-transferable
