TOURS CANCELLATION POLICY

• Tours mentioned in this page (with the exception of Grey Glacier & Magdalena Island Navigation) have a 72-hour full refund policy. Grey Glacier Navigation & Magdalena Island  has a 10-day full refund policy.
• Cancellations made 72 hours to 48 hours from the tour date are subject to 50% refund. Grey Glacier & Magdalena Island Navigation cancellations made from 10 to 7 days before the navigation date are subject to 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or less from the tour date are non-refudable. Grey Glacier  & Magdalena Island Navigation cancellations made 7 days or less before the navigation date are non-refundable.
• Bookings made through our platform are subject to confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel and give full refund if the tour don't meet minimum required passengers.
• Puma Tracking Safari is non-refundable 
• Any tour with ''ask for quote'' have different cancellation policy and it will be shared before booking.
