TOUR & EXCURSIONS

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• Regular tours* mentioned in Torres del Paine Adventure website (with the exception of all Navigations) have a 72-hour full refund policy. All Navigations** have a 10-day full refund policy.
• Cancellations made 72 hours to 48 hours from the tour date are subject to 50% refund. All Navigations' cancellations made from 10 to 7 days before the navigation date are subject to 50% refund.
• Cancellations made 48 hours or less from the tour date are non-refundable. All Navigations' cancellations made 7 days or less before the navigation date are non-refundable.
• Puma Tracking Safari, Full Day Perito Moreno & Private Tours have a 14-day full refund policy, cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.
• ALL GROUP BOOKINGS (5+ PAXS) HAVE A 10-day full refund policy, cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

PAYMENT & REIMBURSEMENT POLICIES:

• Bookings made through our platform are subject to confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel, offer a different date or give full refund if the tour don't meet minimum required passengers, if there's no availability or due to bad weather conditions.
• Card & platform fees may apply at the moment of booking, fees depends on each country.
• In case of no-show due to: sickness, injuries, regrets,  flights time change or missed, cruises not docking, and any other personal reason. The policies apply as stated.
• In case of cancellation of Grey Navigation due to weather conditions at the moment of arrival, only the navigation ticket can be refunded and transport is considered completed and non-refundable.
• When booking any tour on our website you comply to conditions above mentioned.

*Regular tours include: Full Day Torres del Paine, Trekking Base Torres, Cuernos del Paine Trek, Full Day Tierra del Fuego & Horseback Riding.

**Navigations include: Grey Glacier, Balmaceda & Serrano, Magdalena Island & Austral Dolphin.
