CANCELLATION POLICY

Tours mentioned in this page (with the exception of Grey Glacier & Magdalena Island Navigation) have a 72-hour full refund policy. Grey Glacier Navigation & Magdalena Island has a 10-day full refund policy.
Cancellations made 72 hours to 48 hours from the tour date are subject to 50% refund. Grey Glacier & Magdalena Island Navigation cancellations made from 10 to 7 days before the navigation date are subject to 50% refund.
Cancellations made 48 hours or less from the tour date are non-refudable. Grey Glacier & Magdalena Island Navigation cancellations made 7 days or less before the navigation date are non-refundable.
Bookings made through our platform are subject to confirmation, we reserve the right to cancel and give full refund if the tour don't meet minimum required passengers.
Puma Tracking Safari is non-refundable
Any tour with ''ask for quote'' have different cancellation policy and it will be shared before booking.
