· Cancellations made 72 hours to 48 hours from the tour date are subject to 50% refund. Grey Glacier, Puma Tracking Safari & Magdalena Island Navigation cancellations made from 10 to 7 days before the navigation date are subject to 50% refund.
· Cancellations made 48 hours or less from the tour date are non-refudable. Grey Glacier, Puma Tracking Safari & Magdalena Island Navigation cancellations made 7 days or less before the navigation date are non-refundable.
